Our Mission
On-The-Rise strives to help students develop into a well-rounded citizen by teaching life skills, social skills and employable skills. With unconditional positive regard, we assist students as they work to apply these skills to their everyday lives. Together, we help students recognize the resilience within themselves and that they are capable of anything they put their mind to.
Our Program
On-The-Rise is a uniquely structured farm program serving under served youth ages 10-18. Our program provides real life, experimental learning opportunities year-round to instill responsibility, work ethic, social growth, sustainable living, respect, teamwork, and accountability. On-The-Rise collaborates with schools in the community to enhance academic performance.
